What is the LEF Factor in our expeditions?

Each LEF expedition has the LEF Factor. That means that each expedition is based upon the three inspiring ingredients:

Challenging routes only
Each expedition is a route travelling from one place to another. We venture out into the world making the journey itself central to the experience. Each route will challenge you physcically and/or mentally. You need to have courage to join our expeditions.

One way of getting there
Each expedition is about one type of travelling only such as motorbiking, sailing or hiking. This means you will exclusively ride a motorbike when joining a motorbike expedition and only walk on a hiking expedition.

The ultimate blend
